This website was designed by me, Mike, to give you the advice you need to lose weight, get fit and feel good. There are plenty of websites out there that talk about Fitness but many are difficult to decipher for someone who has never undertaken a fitness regime. This website aims to provide you with clear, concise, easy to understand information on health and fitness.
Who Is Mike?
Well I’m just a guy who enjoys all aspects of fitness. I’ve done the whole bodybuilding thing (although only recreationally and never competed), I’ve trained like a power lifter, I’ve done CrossFit, circuits, running, Tabata Protocol Training, hiking (or TAB’ing as it’s called from my Army days), and mountain biking and I love it all. This website is just a way for me to write down everything I’ve learned over the last 12 years of training and to keep my mind fresh, plus if it helps someone else, then that’s always a good thing.
Who Is This Website For?
The information in this website is aimed at anyone that want’s to lose weight, improve fitness or looking for new workout idea’s. Whether you’re male or female, an established trainer looking for something new, or completely new to fitness, this website can help. It will contain fitness routines and tips for functional fitness, “real world” fitness and is not aimed as a bodybuilding guide (although there will be some articles that will go into details on what it takes).
We will discuss common fitness myths on this site and talk about facts because there are a lot of misconceptions about health and fitness out there. There is also a general lack of knowledge floating around about nutrition and what it takes to lose weight and be lean and healthy. This website will put the record straight and give you the knowledge you need to become the person you want to be.
